How do I order something I like on your website?

 

Simply place your order by sending an email to frenchharmonyfurniture@gmail.com. Tell us which style you like and whether you need us to find something identical in a slightly different size or colour.

Everything is possible!

 

We take orders to measure too - so tell us the styles you like and whether you have some dimensions we need to adhere to and we will send you a list of options to choose from. You can also choose the colour you prefer too.

Do you offer international delivery?

 

Yes, we deliver across the UK and Europe. Delivery times vary according to location.

What payment options are available?

 

We accept payment via bank transfer and Paypal.

Will my wardrobe come flat packed?

Almost all our wardrobes come flat packed, please ensure you read the description. An assembly service is available and this must be requested when you are agreeing on the delivery date. An additional cost will be applied by the delivery company for this service.

How long will it take until I receive my order? 

 

Deliveries take approx 7 to 10 days depending on location and time of year.

What is your returns policy? 

 

Items may be returned up to 14 days after purchase. We must receive the wardrobe in the same condition, any damage will affect the refund. Furniture bought on sale or at a discount can not be returned.
